Todd founded Bryant Wharton in 1988 as Group & Executive Benefits.  He works with both public and private clients in a wide range of industries helping them to define and achieve their benefits goals.

Todd’s hands-on approach to managing Bryant Wharton is one of the reasons the firm consistently achieves double digit growth and industry leading client retention rates.  Todd has a passion for providing the best customer service in the industry and his philosophy is reflected in the service provided by all Bryant Wharton associates.  He leads a well-rounded team of professionals, distinguished by their dedication to continuously improving their clients’ experience and laser focus on achieving their clients’ strategic goals.  Each team member works closely with Todd to ensure their clients’ needs are met, problems are solved and expectations are exceeded.

Todd has a B.S. degree from Georgia Tech in Industrial Management and an M.B.A. from Mercer University.  He achieved his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation in 1993.

Bruce joined Bryant Wharton in 1997 as a principal of the firm, after a successful seven-year sales career at Prudential Insurance.  He brings in-depth knowledge of both health and ancillary insurance products and continues to serve as a benefits expert for clients.

Bruce works with clients ranging in size from 2-2,000 employees serving a variety of industries. He takes a strategic approach to developing customized benefits programs for each of his clients.  His reputation for innovation is recognized by both vendors and industry experts.

Bruce attended The Citadel, earning a BS degree in Business.  He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee.  Additionally, he has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and LUTC Fellow designations.
